July 28, 1936 - May 24, 2023

It is with profound sorrow that the family of Patrica Ann Northmore announce that she was called home on May 24, 2023 with her family by her side.

Pat was a devoted wife to her beloved husband Scott of 65 years, loving mother to her four children Kim (John), Scott (Sandy), Mike (Deb), and Ken (Jackie),  Treasured grandmother to Damien, Eve (Scott) Jessie (Ramsey), Nicki (Jon), Darcy (Tania), Natalie (Tyler), Caleb (Ada), Sydney (Sam) Natalie, Brianna (Garrett), Simon (Camryn) and Morgan.

Proud and loving GG to Desmond, Arnie, Kasey, Lily, Hunter, Deacon, Kolton, Isabella and Eli.

Pat devoted her life to caring for others; in her career as a nurse at South Muskoka Memorial Hospital for over 25 years; through her volunteer work with seniors and through her compassionate and kind support to many friends. Those of us who sleep under her beautiful quilts or wear her knitted socks or have woven tapestries hanging in our homes will carry the memory of her kindness forever.

A heartfelt Thank You to the wonderful staff at South Muskoka Memorial Hospital for their  devoted care and our immense gratitude to the extraordinary staff and volunteers of Andy's House who cared for us, as well as Pat with tenderness and love.

Family will receive friends and relatives on June 2, 2023 at Reynolds Funeral Home at 1 Mary Street, Bracebridge, from 2 - 4 PM and 6 - 8 PM.

We are eternally grateful for her, for such a lovely soul to have been the center of our lives. We were the lucky ones to have been blessed by her grace, strength and unconditional love.  She truly lived the words of 1 Corinthians 13
