Fraser, Wilma Faye Died peacefully at York Central Hospital, in Richmond Hill, Ontario, on Monday, May 2, 2011 at age 82. Loving mother of Larry Black (Janice) of Bracebridge and Steven Black (Gail) of Windermere. Survived by 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Sister of Josephine Klingbeil, Phyllis Hammond, Ray Fraser, and the late Audrey Bastedo, Willard Fraser, Calvin Fraser and Ralph Fraser. Friends will be received at Windermere United Church on Saturday, May 28, 2011 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. A memorial service to celebrate Wilma's life will be held at Windermere United Church on Saturday, May 28, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Ullswater Township Cemetery.
