William John Nodwell died peacefully at the South Muskoka Hospital in Bracebridge on Thursday, September 1, 2016 in his 86th year. He is survived by his companion, Patricia Davidson and predeceased by his wife Olive Nodwell. Loving father of Dave (Sandi) Nodwell and Cathy (Ian) Winterburn and stepfather of Kathy Oesch, Tom Davidson, Doug Davidson and Susan Mazan. Loving grandfather of Kim, Krista, Kurt, Katie, Megan and step grandfather of Emily, Ben, Zach, Luke, Caitlynn, Dylan, Claire and Teca. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Bill's life will be held at Bracebridge Rotary Centre on Sunday, September 11th, 2016 @ 2:00 p.m. As your expressions of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the Rotary Foundation or the South Muskoka Hospital Foundation. Arrangements entrusted to the Reynolds Funeral Home "Turner Chapel" in Bracebridge. Messages of condolence may be left at www.reynoldsfuneral.com.
