It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of William Arthur Annandale, who passed away peacefully on June 30th, 2026, at Andy’s House Hospice in Port Carling at the age of 90.

Born on August 26, 1935, in the City of Toronto, he was the child of Arthur Annandale and Isobel Annandale.

He was a devoted husband of Elizabeth Effie Annandale and married on September 18, 1958. Together they shared 67 years of marriage and built a beautiful life with their children Heather Hvasti/nee Annandale (Mark Hvasti), Robert Annandale and Karen Annandale (Edward Hachey).

Throughout his life, Bill was known for his kindness, sense of humour and story telling.

He enjoyed gardening, bird watching and cutting the lawn on his John Deere tractor. Loved roast beef on Sundays with the family. He also enjoyed following current events and politics. He will be remembered for his devotion to family and his dedication his lifelong work in the electrical field.

He is survived by his wife Elizabeth, his children Heather, Robert and Karen, grandchildren Carley, Laura, Wade and Sarah, greatgrandchildren, McKenna, Emily, Bob and Grayson

The family would like to thank all of his caregivers, hospice staff, Dr. J. Hammell and friends for their care and support.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Hospice Muskoka - Andy’s House in memory of William Annandale.

Forever loved, deeply missed, and always remembered.

Family and friends are invited to attend an inurnment service on July 29, 2026 at 1:00 pm at Bracebridge Municipal Cemetery, 19 Lilac Lane, Bracebridge, Ontario.
