Vera Lewis

LEWIS, Vera Bernice (Padget) suddenly at the Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket on Friday, March 21, 2008 at the age of 70. Vera was born in Lindsay, Ontario on July 31, 1937 to the late Wilfred and Eva (Graham) Padget. Husbands Tom Service and Derrick Lewis predecease her. Vera was the dear mother of Angela McMullen (Todd Daniels), Sheila Service (Al Giles) and the late David Service. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Shane and Ryan Cannon; Elanda Wildfong and Erik Service; Thomas, Adele and Robin Lamphier and her great grandchildren Cheyenne, Aidan, MacKenzie, Jayda, Kai, Noah and Kaleb. Vera will also be remembered by her stepfamily Susan Lewis and her children BJ, Derrick and Laura; Sheila Hart (Bob) and their children Lisa and Jeffrey; Mark Lewis and his son Philip; Glyn Lewis and Alexandra, daughter of the late Alan Lewis. The family will receive friends at the Reynolds Funeral Home "Turner Chapel", 1 Mary St., Bracebridge (807) 806-2257 on Saturday, May 24, 2008 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. The service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, May 24th, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. followed by interment at Langford Cemetery, Bracebridge.
