Hemmings, Tracy Lynn Who died peacefully at her home in Bracebridge on Friday, March 13th, 2009 at the age of 30 years. Beloved daughter of Joe & Susan Hemmings of Bracebridge. Dear sister of Jan (Chad Kohler) and Andrew (Amanda). Loving granddaughter of Lynn & Glenn Hunter and Ida & Charlie Hemmings. Aunt of Samantha, Hailey, Kaleb, Nickolas, Makayla & Logan. Forever remembered by her loving partner Jordan Gerard and his son Rowan. Tracy will be remembered always by her aunts, uncles and cousins. Tracy's appreciation of life inspired us all to live life to the fullest.
