Scott "Scottie" Lees

It is with overwhelming sadness we announce the passing of Scott Lees on June 13, 2022 at the age of 59. Scott leaves behind his beloved his wife Jeanette, sons Derek, Luke, Logan and granddaughter Brooklyn that he loved to the moon and back.  Scott was born and raised in Bracebridge by Wilda and Turk Lees.  He was brother to Brian Lees (Gayleine) and Cathy Anderson (David).  He was the hilarious uncle to Jason (Tasha), Samantha (Juan) and Zack & Emily Anderson -he loved them all dearly.  His cousins had a very special place in his heart John and Ken (Shelley).
There was never a dull moment when Scott was around.  He was Captain of the Bracebridge Bears and took great enjoyment from baseball, golf, curling and fishing & hunting at Tea Lake.  But most of all he just loved being with his friends and family.  Scott was a legend - "Young Scottie Lees" "He will be Forever Missed"
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, June 24th, 2022 at the South Muskoka Golf & Curling Club, 10 Golf Course Rd., Bracebridge from 12:30 p.m. until a time of words of remembrance at 2 p.m.
