Phyllis Freeland

PHYLLIS ROSE FREELAND (nee Thistlewood) Phyllis passed away at James Street Place in Bracebridge, on January 27, 2016 in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of the late George Freeland (1977). Loving mother of Christopher (Janet) & Jonathan (Michele). Proud grandmother of Travis (Elisha), Spenser, Bryan (Stephanie) and Melanie, and great-grandmother of Logan. Dear sister of the late Doris Rose (2008). In keeping with Phyllis's wishes, interment will take place at a later date, when she will be laid to rest at Resthaven Memorial Gardens in Scarborough, Ontario. Friends are invited to join the family for a reception and celebration of Phyllis's life on Saturday, February 6th, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the residence of Chris and Janet Freeland, 9 Dawsonwood Drive, Bracebridge.
