BLEVINS, Patricia Ann ‘Patty' (nee Young) Passed away at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital in Bracebridge, on Monday, April 18, 2016 at the age of 71. Loving mother of Carrie Blevins-Read (Steven). Proud Nana of Hunter & Jacob. Dear sister of Mary Hammell, Dr. James Young and the late Stephen Young. Cremation has taken place and a private family memorial will be held at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to support The Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Messages of condolence can be made at www.reynoldsfuneral.com
