We are saddened to announce the sudden passing of Noriko Kelsey on June 24, 2019 at the age of 54.
A Visitation will take place an hour before the Memorial Service on Tuesday, July 23rd, 2019 @ 2:00 pm at Reynolds Funeral Home, Bracebridge, ON.
In lieu of flowers a donation in Noriko's memory to the OSPCA would be appreciated.
