Mary Elizabeth “Molly” Webster
Born in Galt, Waterloo, Ontario, Molly peacefully passed away on July 6, 2025, at The Pines in Bracebridge, Ontario.
A beloved and prominent member of the Bracebridge community, Molly dedicated countless hours volunteering at the Bracebridge Seniors Center and was a faithful member of her local bowling league. Known for her quick wit and playful spirit — especially when she won at cards or board games — Molly cherished time spent with family and friends.
Molly is lovingly remembered by her three sons: Steve (Laura), Terry, also known as Bud (Jackie), and Merv (Sue). She was a proud grandmother to Ryan (Pam), Brody (Amy), Colleen, Samantha (Bobby), Keely (Bryan), Damien, Nathan, and Crystal, as well as many great-grandchildren who brought her immense joy. She now reunites with her husband, Walter, who predeceased her in 1998. She is also predeceased by her brother John, and is fondly remembered by John’s wife Marg, as well as by her many nieces and nephews.
Molly found happiness in life’s simple pleasures — camping, fishing (always ready with “buck, buck and a buck”), gardening, and sharing laughter with loved ones.
In keeping with her wishes, there will be no funeral or memorial service. Those wishing to honor her memory may consider a donation to the Bracebridge Seniors Center, where her kindness and laughter will be fondly remembered.
