Mary Mildred Dempsey

Mary passed away peacefully at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital on Friday, October 31st, 2025, in her 93rd year.

Beloved wife of the late Lionel Dempsey.

Cherished mother to Deborah (Corky) Donald, and Robert (Ginger) Dempsey. Mary was predeceased by her sons Ken and Randy Dempsey and will be remembered by her daughters-in-law Pat and Jean.

Loving Grandma to Christopher Jackson and Sarah MacKay; Alex, Hannah, and Patrick Dempsey; Graham Dempsey and the late Carmen Pearcy; Shawna, Tara, and Mark Dempsey.

Mary was proud to be the Great-Grandmother to 15 great-grandchildren.

The family wish to thank the caring staff at Castle Peak Retirement Residence where she spent her last three years.

As was Mary’s wish, cremation has taken place, and a private family interment will be held.
