SLATER, Marie Alice Passed away peacefully at Muskoka Shores Nursing Home in Gravenhurst, on Sunday, September 6, 2015 in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late Jack F. Slater. Loving mother of David and his wife Donna of King City and the late Mark Slater. Survived by daughter-in-law Julie Slater of Uxbridge. Proud grandmother of Shawn (Katherine) and Matthew. Great grandmother of Chase, Dax & Teagan. Sister of the late Helen Runge. Dearly remembered by her niece Barbara. A memorial service will be held at Reynolds Funeral Home ‘Turner Chapel' on Thursday, September 17, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. Memorial donations made to the South Muskoka Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
