Kenneth Elaschuk

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Kenneth Peter "Boris" Elaschuk on June 25, 2016 surrounded by his loving family at their special place in Muskoka. Loving husband of 40 years to Beverly (Rickard), devoted and supportive father to Darrin (Meghan) and Danny. Pre-deceased by his parents Marian and Peter and brother Ron. Sadly missed by mother-in-law Jean Rickard of Newcastle, and his brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Ken was a long-time physical education teacher at Donevan Collegiate, Oshawa. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Windermere Golf Club, Windermere, Muskoka, on July 13th, 2016 at 1:30 PM. In lieu of flowers a donation in memory of Ken would be greatly appreciated by the family and may be made online to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). Bev and family are greatly appreciative of all the love and support of family, friends, and the many healthcare professionals involved in his care. Ken will be in our hearts forever.
