Blake, Kelly Anne died suddenly at London Health Science Centre in London on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at the age of 48 year. Dear daughter of Art and Jean Blake of London. Loving sister of Sean (Kerry) Blake of London. Dear aunt of Samantha and Kirstie and great aunt of Kohen. The family will receive friends at the Reynolds Funeral home "Turner Chapel" in Bracebridge on Saturday, October 3rd, 2015 from 12 - 1 p.m. with the service in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. As your expressions of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the Charity of your Choice.
