Joyce Ekelenburg

Joyce passed away peacefully at the Pines long term care home on Wednesday, April 3rd, 2019, at the age of 88. Joyce was the beloved wife of John Van Ekelenburg. Loving mother of Susan Ross (nee Jorgensen), Brian Ross, Maria Jorgensen, and pre deceased by the late Michael Jorgensen. Cherished grandmother of Sarah Ann Ross, Mike Jr Jorgensen, Jennifer Jorgensen and Melissa Jorgensen. Great grandmother of Alyssa and Nate Jorgensen. Dear step mother to Rick Van Ekelenburg, Fran Kettle (Ian Moreau), Angela Sword, and step grandmother to many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Predeceased by her first husband John Hans Jorgensen. Friends are welcome to join the family at Reynolds funeral home for a visitation on Monday April 8th, 2019 from 11am-1 pm. A funeral mass will take place at 1pm at the funeral home following the visitation. Reception to follow.
