John (Jack) Frederick Sword passed away at Algonquin Grace (Huntsville) Hospice on December 10, 2016. Father of Tanya (Thomas) Bezruki. Grandfather of Taylor & Alexis Durham. Brother of Elizabeth Lane. Uncle of Kevin Moore, Dan Gibbs and Sandra Gibbs & Cindy Kingshott. Predeceased by his parents Frederick & Thelma Sword. Siblings Betty Gibbs and Shirley Marks. Brother-in-law Robyn Gibbs and niece Michelle Moore. Following Jack's wishes cremation has taken place. A celebration of Jack's life will be held at the Raymond Hall on Sunday, May 28th, 2017 from 1 - 4 p.m. An interment will be held in the Spring at the Ullswater Cemetery. Your memorial donations can be made in Jack's memory to a charity of your choice. Arrangements entrusted to the Reynolds Funeral Home "Turner Chapel" in Bracebridge.
