Short, Gerald Wellington died peacefully at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital in Bracebridge on Sunday, September 30th, 2012 in his 85th, year. Beloved husband of the late Joan Short. Dear father of Bruce Short (Wendy), Wayne Short, Gwen MacDonald (Norman) and step-father of Jack (Corinne) Robinson. Dear grandfather of David, Meredith, Paul and Brian. Brother of Audrey, Verna and Glen. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Gerry's life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Bracebridge Branch on Monday, October 29th, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. Messages of condolence can be left at www.reynoldsfuneral.com. Arrangements entrusted to Reynolds Funeral Home "Turner Chapel" in Bracebridge.
