Elaine Crawford

Elaine Frances Crawford (O'Leary) died peacefully at her home in Bracebridge on Thursday, October 11th, 2018 in her 78th year. Beloved wife of the late Gerald Crawford. Dear mother of Michael and Susan Crawford (Dan White). Cherished grandmother of Sarah MacDonald (Scott Frederick), Kira, Keanna and Jackson Crawford. Dear sister of Dennis O'Leary (Barbara), Beverley Montgomery, Richard O'Leary (Beverly) and the late Arthur (Sandra) and Wayne O'Leary.
The family wish to send a special thanks to caregivers Vicki White for being such a good friend and caregiver, Niece Lisa Daniels for her love and devotion to her Aunt Elaine and caring for her in her final weeks. Nurses and PSW's at Closing the Gap and especially Cathy McKeown, Dr Karen Martin for going above and beyond in her house visits and special care and Dr. Jessica Singh for her care and compassion. OTN Nurse: Kathy Todd for her compassionate care and providing her "Elaine pillow" every visit.
At Elaine's request cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the Reynolds Funeral Home in Bracebridge.
