KETCH, Doris "Jean" - passed away at Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie on Saturday, February 10, 2018 in her 79th year. Jean was the beloved wife of the late Melvo Ketch. Loving mother of Lorraine, Dale (Debbie), Brian, Gwen Stead (the late Gregory), James and the late Norine Shortt. Cherished grandmother of Samuel, Stephanie, Kathy Taylor (Chris), Lynn-Marie, Ann, Amy, and Alice. Great grandmother of William, Hudson, Clara, and Abby. Predeceased by her grandchildren Robert and Carrie-Anne. Also survived by her sister Lois Young. Friends may join the family on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 from 6-9pm with a Legion Ladies Auxiliary Service to be held at 6:45 at Reynolds Funeral Home where the funeral will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, February 14 at 11:00am. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Royal Canadian Legion Bracebridge Branch, Ladies Auxiliary.
