David Mcnaughton

It is with very heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of David on Sunday, March 21st, 2021 in his 59th year.

David leaves behind his loving wife, of 31 wonderful years, Susan. He was the cherished and ever caring father of Katie (Chris), Bobby (Justin) and Sean (Maddie). Proud papa of Destany, Chase, Brienna and Weslynn.

David lived a simple and humble life. He was proud to be a heavy equipment operator but even happier to come home at the end of each day to be with his family. He taught his children basic yet important life skills such as riding a bike, driving for the first time, fishing, and cooking; especially that of how to cook the best eggs.

Giving had been a great part of David’s nature. The family is comforted to know that though his passing brings much sadness, as an organ donor, David was able to save the lives of three people in great need; a gift that the family knows David would have been honoured to give.

David will live on in the memories and hearts of his family.

Cremation has taken place and a service to celebrate David’s life will be held at a later date.
