David Jarvis

JARVIS, David - Passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 25, 2018. He was predeceased by his wife, Roberta Joann Jarvis (nee White), their son, David Andrew Jarvis, and his parents, John and Lily Violet Jarvis (nee Bousefield). He will be missed by his sister, Cynthia, his brothers, John and Michael, his nephew Ian, his niece Annette (Neil), his in-laws Janis and Bob, his dear friends, Edna and Dave, as well as all his other friends and relatives. Dave worked as a manager at De Havilland Aircraft and Douglas Aircraft, then owned, along with his wife Jo, the Traveler's Roost Campground in Muskoka. They then retired to spend summers in Muskoka and winters in Lake Chapala, Mexico. The family wishes to thank Dr. Martin, the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital, Simcoe CCAC (Stephanie Martin), and the staff at Granite Ridge Retirement Residence. To honour Dave's wishes, cremation has taken place. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to Reynolds Funeral Home.
