Carol Purvis

It is with tremendous sadness that the family of Carol Purvis announce her sudden passing in her home on Monday, February 21, 2022, at the age of 65.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 47 years, Rod; her daughter Loni and her husband Eddy Cuesta; her daughter Holly and her husband Adam Jasiura; her granddaughter Alma Jasiura; and her brother Frank Austin and his wife Laura with her nieces and nephews Kris, Andrew, and Danielle Austin.

As a long-time member of the local business community. Carol had a fearless and determined streak and brought her family closely along for every new challenge. She was a devoted and loving wife, she was a warm, dedicated mother, and she especially loved her role as Grandma. A true homebody, she loved a quiet evening spent with her husband, dogs, and a warm cup of tea.

In memory, donations to the Bracebridge Lions Foundation or the Heart and Stroke Foundation ( https://www.heartandstroke.ca/ ) would be greatly appreciated and can be arranged through Reynolds Funeral Home.

Visitation will be held at Reynolds Funeral Home on Saturday, February 26th from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
A Memorial Service will take place in the chapel of Reynolds Funeral Home, on Saturday, February 26 at 1:00PM. A reception will follow.

PLEASE NOTE: Proof of Vaccination is required upon entry to the building for both the Visitation and Memorial Service.
