Bonnie Heather Clark passed peacefully on August 15, 2026, surrounded by her children.

Born in West Toronto, Bonnie was raised by her single, working mother alongside her Auntie Ruthie and family. She would often share cherished memories of walking to the Lansdowne Theatre for a 25-cent picture. Her passion for old movies never wavered.

Bonnie began her working life at Kodak, where she met her husband, Ron Clark (predeceased). Together, they raised their two children, Jennifer and Matthew, in Mississauga. Later, she retired to the shores of Lake Simcoe, where she lived life on her own terms.

Bonnie had a curious mind and a voracious vocabulary. She loved to read, critique the news, and complete the daily Star crossword; always in pencil, never in pen. She loved challenging family and friends to a game of Trivial Pursuit and enjoyed playing in the annual Euchre tournament.

Above all, she loved being a mother and grandmother. She was immensely proud of her two children and treasured the joy her grandchildren brought into her life.

She will be remembered by her children, Jennifer (Trudi) and Matthew (Kerri); her grandchildren, Nate and Owen; and her family and friends on Brechin Beach.

At her request, there will be a private family celebration, where a glass will be raised and memories will be shared.

The family would like to thank the staff at Huntsville District Memorial Hospital and Muskoka Traditions for the compassionate care they provided.

Memorial donations to Huntsville Hospital Foundation would be welcomed. Personal condolences and memories may be shared at www.reynoldsfuneral.com

Bonnie will be remembered with love and laughter.
