Beverley Marie Daleman (née Kirkpatrick) passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, at Andy’s House in Port Carling, Ontario, on Monday, October 26, 2026, at the age of 76.
Beverley was the beloved wife of 44 years of Tony Daleman, and a loving mother to Sandra, Ryan (Melissa), and David (Candice). She was a cherished grandmother to Jacob, Simone, Amelia, Zayden, Febe, Chloe, and Claire. She leaves behind her siblings Gail Kirkpatrick and Julie Jones, and was predeceased by her loving parents, Herbert and Audrey Kirkpatrick.
Beverley was born and raised in Bracebridge and enjoyed a fulfilling career as a teacher at Bracebridge Public School. Family and friends were always very important to her, and she treasured the time she spent with them. She especially adored caring for her grandchildren, taking them to special events, and creating fun crafts with them. She loved summers at the island and boating on the Muskoka Lakes. Beverley was a party-planner extraordinaire and was a wonderful cook and baker who shared her culinary talents at many special occasions, creating lasting memories that her family and friends will always cherish. She loved to laugh and especially enjoyed sharing jokes and happy moments with those she loved.
The family would like to extend their thanks for all of the wonderful care, compassion, and support provided to Beverley and the family by staff at Andy’s House, the paramedics, home care staff, and the many staff at the hospitals.
The Celebration of Life will take place at the Canadian Raceboat Hall of Fame on Saturday November 14, 2026. Drop in from 1-4pm.
Memorial donations to Andy’s House / Hospice Muskoka would be greatly appreciated.
